目的:建立同时测定羊藿三七胶囊中朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法:采用AgilentC18柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05％磷酸溶液(26∶74);流速为1.0 mL· min-1;检测波长为270 nm.结果:朝藿定C进样量在0.288～9.198μg、淫羊藿苷进样量在0.111 ～3.558μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r =0.999 9);朝藿定C的平均回收率为103.0％,RSD=0.8％(n=6);淫羊藿苷的平均回收率为98.9％,RSD=1.8％(n=6).结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为羊藿三七胶囊中淫羊藿的含量测定方法.
Simultaneous Determination of Epimedin C and Icariin in Yanghuo Sanqi Capsules by HPLC
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of epimedin C and icariin in Yanghuo Sanqi Capsules.Methods:The samples were separated on Agilent C18 column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)by acetonitrile-0.05％ phosphoric acid solution (26∶74)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1and the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results:The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.288-9.198 μg(epimedin C),0.111-3.558 μg(icariin).The average recoverise (n =6) were 103.0％ (RSD =0.8％),98.9％ (RSD =1.8％),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of Epimedii Folium in Yanghuo Sanqi Capsules.
