药用植物次生代谢信号转导研究进展

植物体内的次生代谢产物通常是中药材发挥临床疗效的物质基础,也是评价药材质量的重要指标。植物的次生代谢与环境密切相关,信号分子是联系环境与次生代谢之间的纽带和桥梁,因此揭示环境因子与药用植物次生代谢之间的信号分子及其转导机制是阐明药材品质形成的重要内容。笔者综述了近十年来植物次生代谢途径中的信号分子及其迸发机理研究,并总结了植物响应外界环境刺激的次生代谢信号转导机制,以期为从事相关研究的科研工作者提供参考。
Recent Advances in Study of Signal Transmission of Secondary Metabolism of Medicinal Plants
Secondary metabolite of medicinal plants is basis for clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine,which is also an index of evaluating the quality of Chinese medicine.Secondary metabolite is closely related to the environment,and signal molecular act as the bridge for mediation of environment factors and secondary metabolism of medicinal plants,therefore the reveal of signaling molecules and the transduction mechanism between environment factors and the secondary metabolism of medicinal plants is an important aspect to clarify the formation of medicine quality.In this paper,the study of signal molecular and signal transduction mechanisms of secondary metabolite of medicinal plant in recent years were summarized,and the signal transduction mechanism of secondary metabolic inducing by environmental were also summarized,for the purpose of providing references for the researchers engaged in related research.
