Research Progress on Classical Prescription Shengxian Decoction and Predictive Analysis of Its Q-markers
Classical prescription Shengxian Decoction, composed of Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma Cimicifugae and Radix Platycodonis,is mainly used to treat the sinking of pectoral qi.Clinically, the prescription is widely used for the treatment of circulatory and respiratory system diseases. In this paper, the research progress on the chemical component, pharmacological action and clinical application of Shengxian Decoction in recent years was summarized and analyzed, and the quality markers(Q-markers)were predicted from five aspects:quality transfer and traceability, component measurability, component effectiveness, component specificity and compound compatibility. The result showed that astragaloside Ⅳ,calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,caylcosin,ononin,formononetin,saikosaponin A,saikosaponin D,mangiferin, timosaponin B-Ⅱ,ferulic acid, isoferulic acid and platycodon D could be used as Q-markers for Shengxian Decoction, which provided scientific basis for the establishment of the quality control system and the whole-process quality traceability system of the prescription.
