Chemome Profiling of Ganoderma lucidum Spore Oil Using GC-Q-Exactive-MS
Objective:A high-resolution gas chromatography-quadrupole-electrostatic orbital trap mass spectrometry(GC-Q-Exactive-MS)was established for qualitative analysis of chemical components of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil. Methods:The full scan mass spectrometry data of the compounds in the electron ionization(EI)mode were acquired using GC-Q-Exactive-MS,and the various components of G.lucidum spore oil were identified via matching those proposed mass fragmentation pathways of fatty acids, terpenes, sterols and aldehydes, and searching online databases such as NIST,MassBank,HMDB,PubChem,as well as reference information in the relevant literatures. Results:A total of 22 chemical components were identified from G.lucidum spore oil, including 3 fatty acids,4 terpenes,4 sterols,4 aldehydes and 7 other compounds via matching those proposed mass fragmentation rules of fatty acids, terpenes, sterols and aldehydes, along with available databases and reference information in the literatures. Conclusion:The chemical profiling of G.lucidum spore oil is analyzed comprehensively, which provides a research basis for its quality control, and provides a reference for the qualitative analysis of weakly polar chemical components in traditional Chinese medicine.
