失眠是一种由多种因素导致的常见睡眠障碍性疾病,极大地影响人们的身心健康.酸枣仁是常用的具有养心安神、改善睡眠功效的药食同源中药,是治疗失眠类中成药及保健品的必备药味.然而,野生资源锐减、种植技术落后、基于品质的品种选育滞后等问题限制了酸枣仁产业的发展.概述酸枣的分布、产区、采收加工和质量现状,介绍酸枣的栽培技术和国内种植情况,提出保护种质资源、发展枣树嫁接酸枣、加强野生种质品质评价和高品质新品种选育、研发推广干法脱枣肉加工方法等产业发展建议,以期为酸枣仁产业发展提供参考.
Current Situation and Development Suggestions of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen Industry
Insomnia is a common sleep disorder caused by a variety of factors,which greatly affect people′s physical and mental health.As a commonly used medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)that nourishes the heart,calms the mind,and improves sleep,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen is a necessary medicine of all kinds of medicines and health care products for treating insomnia.However,the development of the Ziziphi Spinosae Semen industry is limited by problems such as the sharp decline in wild resources,backward cultivation techniques,and lagging quality-based variety selection.The distribution,production areas,harvesting and processing,and quality status of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa were reviewed,and the cultivation technologies of Z.jujuba var.spinosa and the current planting situation in China were introduced.Development suggestions for the development of the Ziziphi Spinosae Semen industry were put forward,including the protection of germplasm resources,the development of Z.jujuba var.spinosa by date grafting,the strengthening of wild germplasm quality evaluation and the selection and breeding of high-quality new varieties,and the research,development,and popularization of the drying processing method of Z.jujuba var.spinosa with a view to providing a reference for the development of the Ziziphi Spinosae Semen industry.
