Objective:To establish a quantitative screening method for 60 pesticide residues in Siraitia grosvenoriis. Methods:The samples were extracted with acetonitrile by high-speed homogenizer and purified by multi-walled carbon nanotube solid-phase extraction. The data were collected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in a dynamic multi-reaction monitoring mode with simultaneous scanning of positive and negative ions. The blank matrix matching method was used for quantitative calculation. Results:The 60 pesticide residues show good linearity, with correlation coefficients r of above 0.996.The average recoveries of 59 pesticide residues range from 63.9%to 108.3%,with RSDs of less than 15%.Two forbidden pesticides and 12 common pesticides are found in 55 batches of samples. Conclusion:The method has good sensitivity and accuracy, suitable for the determination of multiple pesticide residues in Siraitia grosvenoriis.
