Impact of Cultivation Measures on Seed Quality and Yield of Meconopsis integrifolia
Objective:To study the effects of different cultivation measures on the seed quality and yield of Meconopsis integrifolia and provide evidence for their production procedures. Methods:Comparative experiments were conducted in different plots with different cultivation densities, shading degrees, and fertilization schemes.Leaf-area-index(LAI),plant height, stem base thickness, fruit length, fruit diameter, number of fruit per plant, total number of fruit, mass per thousand seeds, seed yield per plant, and seed yield per unit area were measured,so as to study the changes in agronomic traits, quality and yield, and analyze the relationship between changes in agronomic traits of M.integrifolia and seed quality and yield under different cultivation measures. Results:Different cultivation measures had a significant impact on the agronomic traits, mass per thousand seeds, and yield.Shading is a necessary condition for the cultivation and seed production of M.integrifolia in large fields. The application of effective micoorganisms probiotic fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer can significantly increase mass per thousand seeds and yield. Conclusion:The optimal cultivation density, shading degree, and fertilization scheme were selected, which were suitable for the artificial cultivation and the seed production of M.integrifolia.
