摘要
藿香正气水具解表化湿、理气和中之功效,用于外感风寒、内伤湿滞或夏伤暑湿所致的感冒等症,处方药味包含苍术、陈皮、厚朴(姜制)、白芷、茯苓、大腹皮、生半夏、甘草浸膏、广藿香油及紫苏叶油,化学成分复杂,药效物质基础是其发挥疗效的关键,而质量控制能够保证该制剂临床用药安全有效.结合CiteSpace文献分析,总结了藿香正气水处方药味及其成方制剂的药效物质基础,梳理了该制剂的标准沿革,从鉴别、检查、指纹图谱、含量测定等方面,归纳了近 15 年其质量控制方法研究结果,为该方的后续研究提供参考.
Abstract
Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid has the efficacy of releasing the exterior,resolving dampness,regulating qi,and harmonizing the middle.It is widely used for the treatment of the cold due to external wind-cold,internal injury due to dampness stagnation,or summer dampness.It is composed of Atractylodis Rhizoma,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex(processed with ginger),Angelicae Dahuricae Radix,Poria,Arecae Pericarpium,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix extract,Pogostemonis Herba oil,and Perillae Folium oil.Its chemical composition is complex,and the pharmacological basis of its efficacy is key to its therapeutic efficacy.Quality control ensures the safety and effectiveness of this preparation in clinical use.In combination with CiteSpace literature analysis,this paper summarized the pharmacological basis of the prescription ingredients and the formulated preparation of Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid,reviewed the evolution of standards for this preparation,and summarized research results on quality control methods reported over the past 15 years,including identification,inspection,fingerprinting,and content determination,providing a reference for future research on this formula.
