人参红皮病对人参皂苷含量的影响及其机制研究

目的:揭示人参红皮病对人参质量的影响及机制.方法:采集 6 月、8 月不同发病阶段健康人参韧皮部组织(AG)、患病人参锈斑周围未变色韧皮部组织(BG)和患病人参锈斑部位韧皮部组织(CG)样品,测定其活性氧(ROS)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,以及抗氧化酶和次生代谢相关酶的活性,分析健康人参和患病人参中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rf、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rc、人参皂苷Ro和人参皂苷Rb2 的含量.结果:不同月份取样的红皮病人参组织各指标检测结果呈相同的变化趋势,与AG组比较,BG组ROS含量、抗氧化酶和次生代谢相关酶的活性均最高,CG组MDA含量最高;与健康人参比较,6 月红皮病发病初期人参皂苷类成分的含量显著提高,8 月发病后期人参皂苷类成分含量显著降低.结论:红皮病影响人参药材质量,在发病初期或胁迫程度较低的条件下人参皂苷含量较高,在严重胁迫条件或红皮病发病后期人参皂苷含量较低.
Impact and Mechanism of Ginseng Rusty Root Symptoms on Ginsenoside Content
Objective:To reveal the effect and the mechanism of ginseng rusty root symptoms on ginseng quality.Methods:Ginseng samples with rusty root symptoms at different stages were collected in June and August.Phloem tissue of healthy ginseng(AG),tissue without discoloration around red-patches of ginseng with the symptoms(BG),and red-patch tissue of ginseng with the symptoms(CG)were selected as samples to determine reactive oxygen species(ROS)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content,antioxidant enzyme activities,as well as secondary metabolism-related enzyme activities.The content of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rf,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Rc,ginsenoside Ro and ginsenoside Rb2 in healthy ginseng and ginseng with the symptoms were analyzed.Result:The same change trend was found in the test results of the ginseng samples in different months.Compared with the AG group,ROS content,antioxidant enzyme activities,and secondary metabolize-related enzyme activities in the BG group reached the highest,and MDA content in the CG group reached the highest.Compared with ginsenosides content of healthy ginseng,ginsenosides content significantly increased in the early stage of ginseng with the symptoms in June and significantly decreased in the late stage in August.Conclusion:Ginseng rusty root symptoms could affect ginseng quality,with higher saponin levels in the early stages or under relatively mild stress,and lower under severe stress or the in late stage of the symptoms.
