基于"身份证"数字表征的中药鉴定思路及其应用价值探讨

摘要
目的:针对当前难以对未知的中药样品或混合样品进行盲检的情况,提出中药非靶向鉴定的新思路,并对其应用价值进行探讨.方法:通过文献调研法、理论分析法、系统科学法等,理清当前中药鉴定存在的问题与不足,并在理论层面提出具有针对性的解决方案,探讨其应用价值.结果:从系统科学的角度,提出了基于"身份证"数字表征的中药鉴定思路,主要包括基于液相色谱-质谱法的中药材"身份证"信息获取和基于数据库技术的智能化匹配鉴定.此外,基于"身份证"数字表征的鉴定思路亦可用于中药材真伪、基原等鉴定.结论:基于"身份证"数字表征的中药鉴定思路具备理论可行性,具有较大的应用价值,有利于中药质量控制及质量监管,但仍须从实践角度进一步探索.
Abstract
Objective:In view of the current difficulty in"blind inspection"and identification of unknown traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)samples or mixed samples,this paper put forward a new idea of non-targeted identification of TCM and discussed the future application value of this idea.Methods:Literature research,theoretical analysis,and system science method were employed to clarify the problems and shortcomings in the current identification of TCM.Targeted solutions were then proposed at the theoretical level,and their application values were explored.Results:From the perspective of system science,this paper proposed the identification of TCM based on digital characterization of"identity card",which mainly included acquiring the"identity card"information of TCM based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and identifying by intelligent matching based on database technology.In addition,the idea of identification based on the digital characterization of"identity card"can be used to identify the authenticity and sources of TCM.Conclusion:Identifying TCM based on digital characterization of"identity card"has theoretical feasibility,which has a great application value in the future and is conducive to the quality control and supervision of TCM.Of course,it needs to be further explored from the practical point of view.
