摘要
珍珠母作为一种常用海洋中药,主要由碳酸钙、少量的蛋白质、氨基酸或多肽类成分组成,具有促进成骨、抗惊厥和镇静催眠等药理作用,在临床上广泛用于治疗失眠、神经衰弱等疾病.珍珠母常通过明煅法进行炮制,现有质量标准多以碳酸钙的含量为指标对其进行质量控制.对珍珠母的本草记载、炮制历史、微观结构、临床应用及质量控制等方面进行梳理与总结,以期为珍珠母的开发利用和质量控制研究提供参考.
Abstract
Margaritifera Concha,a prominent representative of Chinese marine medicine,is commonly processed through calcination.It is primarily composed of calcium carbonate,with small amounts of proteins,amino acids,or peptides.Margaritifera Concha exhibits pharmacological effects such as osteogenic activity,anticonvulsant effects,and sedative and hypnotic properties,making it widely used in the clinical treatment of insomnia,neurasthenia,and other mental disorders.Current quality standards predominantly focus on the calcium carbonate content for quality control.This review systematically summarized the traditional records,processing history,microstructure,clinical applications,and quality control of Margaritifera Concha,aiming to provide a reference for its development,utilization,and quality assurance.
