摘要
目的 观察康艾注射液联合吉西他滨单药化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效、不良反应及对患者生活质量的影响.方法 将58例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组(30例)用康艾注射液加化疗,对照组(28例)行单纯化疗.结果 治疗组有效率为36.7％ (11/30),对照组为32.1％ (9/28),但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗组血液及非血液毒性均低于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗组生活质量明显改善(P＜0.05).结论 康艾注射液联合吉西他滨单药治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌有提高临床获益率、减轻不良反应、提高生活质量的作用.
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy,toxicity and influence on quality of Life (QOL) of Kang'ai injection combined with gemcitabine for elderly patients with advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Fifty-eight patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (n =30) received Kang' ai injection and chemotherapy,and control group (n =28) only accepted chemotherapy.Results The effective rates of treatment and control group were 35.7％ (10/28) and 32.1％ (9/28),the difference between the two groups was not significant (P ＞ 0.05).The toxicity was lower in treatment group than that in the control group (P ＜0.05),and the QOL was improved significantly (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions In treatment of elderly patients with advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer,Kang' ai injection combined with chemotherapy can improve the effect,reduce the toxicity and improve the QOL.
