摘要
目的：观察万托林与普米克高频振动雾化治疗在小儿支气管哮喘中的应用效果与临床价值。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院2012年2月至2014年4月收治的小儿支气管哮喘患者的临床资料，分为两组，首先都给予对症治疗，在此基础上对照组应用普米克进行高频振动雾化治疗，研究组联合万托林与普米克进行高频振动雾化治疗。比较两组不良反应发生率、症状缓解时间、住院时间及治疗总有效率。结果研究组临床症状缓解时间均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组治疗总有效率为94.4％（34／36），显著高于对照组的75.0％（24／32），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率为13.9％（5／36），其中口干1例，声音嘶哑2例，咽部不适2例，与对照组比较差异未见统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论应用万托林与普米克高频振动雾化治疗小儿支气管哮喘可更快缓解临床症状，彻底抑制炎性反应，具有较高的安全性，临床应用价值高。
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical value and application effects of ventolin and Pulmicort high-frequen-cy vibration atomization on children with bronchial asthma.Methods From February 2012 to April 2014, the clinical data of children with infantile bronchial asthma were retrospectively analyze.They were divided into two groups, at first symp-tomatic treatment was given, the control group was given Pulmicort high-frequency vibration atomization treatment, and the research group was given Ventolin and Pulmicort inhalation in the treatment of high frequency vibration.The occurrences of adverse reactions of two groups were observed, the rate of symptom remission time, hospitalization time and the total effi-ciency of treatment was compared.Results The clinical symptom remission time of study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Total effective rate of study group was 94.4%(34/36), which was significantly higher than that in control group (75%,24/32), the difference was significant (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reaction of study group was 13.9% (5/36), including 1 case of dry mouth, 2 cases of hoarseness, throat discomfort in 2 cases, and that was 12.5%in the control group (4/32) , there was no significant differ-ence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ventolin and Pulmicort high-frequency vibration atomization treat-ment of bronchial asthma in children can quickly relieve clinical symptoms, completely inhibite the inflammatory reaction, with high security, high clinical application value.
