摘要
目的：探讨青春期内异症的临床特征、诊断及治疗方法。方法收集2010年1月至2015年1月在郑州大学第三附属医院妇产科住院手术的青春期内异症患者32例，非青春期内异症患者178例，记录其临床资料，进行观察并随访。结果青春期内异症初潮年龄、止痛药使用情况、一级亲属患内异症家族史及病变类型与非青春期内异症比较差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论青春期内异症患者初潮年龄较早，使用更多止痛药控制症状，多有一级亲属患内异症家族史，内异症病灶的组织学类型多为非典型病变。但其临床症状与非青春期内异症无明显差别，术中按美国生殖医学学会（ American SOciety fOr ReprOductive Medicine，ASRM）修正子宫内膜异位症分期法（1997年）分期各期均有，腹腔镜是其诊断和治疗的主要手段。
