Observation of effect of Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on gastrointestinal motility disorders in patients with functional dyspepsia

目的 探讨养元通络针灸疗法治疗功能性消化不良患者胃肠动力障碍的临床疗效。 方法 随机对照研究。抽取2022年6月至2023年6月郑州市中医院收治的的功能性消化不良胃肠动力障碍患者102例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组51例。对照组予以枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗，观察组仅采用养元通络针灸疗法，比较两组治疗后临床疗效、中医症状积分、胃肠道功能[包括胃肠道症状积分问卷评分(GIS)、功能性消化不良症状日记(FDSD)评分]、胃排空时间、胃蛋白酶原水平及安全性。 结果 观察组有效率(98.04%，50/51)高于对照组(82.35%，42/51)，P<0.05。治疗后两组患者中医症状积分、GIS、FDSD评分、胃排空时间、胃蛋白酶原水平均明显改善，且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 采用养元通络针灸疗法治疗功能性消化不良患者胃肠动力障碍可取得较好的疗效。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal motility disorders in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 102 patients with gastrointestinal motility disorders complicated by functional dyspepsia treated in Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for the randomized controlled study. And they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was given mosapride citrate dispersible tablets, while the observation group received only Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores, gastrointestinal function assessed by gastrointestinal symptom score (GIS) and functional dyspepsia symptom diary (FDSD) score, gastric emptying time, levels of gastric pepsinogen and safety were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group (98.04%, 50/51) was significantly higher than that in the control group (82.35%, 42/51), P<0.05. After treatment, both groups showed significant improvements in traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, GIS score, FDSD score, gastric emptying time, and levels of gastric pepsinogen (P<0.05) and the improvement in the observation group was more significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). There was no stically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two group (P>0.05). Conclusions Yangyuan Tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is effective in treating gastrointestinal motility disorders in patients with functional dyspepsia.
