摘要
目的 优化一款治疗湿疹的中药复方巴布剂的处方及工艺.方法 以感官评分作为评价指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验,明确巴布剂基质中聚乙烯醇、明胶、羧甲基纤维素钠和甘油的添加量及其对基质性能的影响.并以香榧假种皮、徐长卿和蛇床子为主要原料,同样以感官评分作为评价标准,确定中药复方在巴布剂中的最优载药量,优化中药复方巴布剂的配方.结果 各因素对巴布剂基质均匀性、涂展性、皮肤追随性、重复粘贴性、膏体残留量及透布程度的综合影响顺序为:羧甲基纤维素钠>明胶>聚乙烯醇>甘油,中药复方巴布剂的最优处方为:聚乙烯醇3.50 g,明胶4.00 g,羧甲基纤维素钠1.50 g,甘油10.00 g,载药量30%.结论 根据优化后的处方,制成的中药复方巴布剂成型性好,涂展性和皮肤追随性适中,揭帖于皮肤后无膏体残留.
Abstract
Objective Optimize the prescription and process of a traditional Chinese medicine compound cata-plasm for treating eczema.Methods Using sensory evaluation score as evaluation indicator,single factor experi-ments and orthogonal experiments were conducted to determine the amount of polyvinyl alcohol,gelatin,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and glycerol added to the cataplasm's matrix and their impact on performance of matrix.And using the false seed coat of Torreya grandis,Cynanchum paniculatum and Fructus cnidii as the main raw materials,sensory evaluation score was also used as the evaluation standard to determine the optimal drug loading of the traditional Chinese medicine compound in the cataplasm,and to optimize the formula of the traditional Chinese medicine compound cataplasm.Results The comprehensive order of the effects of various factors on the uniformity,spreadability,skin adhesion,repeated adhesiveness,residual amount of the paste and degree of pen-etration of the cataplasm's matrix is as follows:sodium carboxymethyl cellulose>gelatin>polyvinyl alcohol>glycerol.The optimal formula of cataplasm is as follows:3.50 g polyvinyl alcohol,4.00 g gelatin,1.50 g so-dium carboxymethyl cellulose,10.00 g glycerol and 30%drug loading.Conclusion According to the optimized formula,the prepared cataplasm has good formability,moderate spreadability and skin adhesion,and no residue after peeling off the skin.
