静电纺丝复合支架在骨组织工程中的应用

由先天性疾病、骨折或肿瘤等形成的严重骨缺损一旦超过机体的自愈能力,将导致形成难以愈合的骨缺损。而由静电纺丝制备的纳米纤维支架能模拟天然骨细胞外基质,它不仅提供了利于细胞黏附、增殖及迁移的有利环境,而且能作为载体使支架,具备抗菌、抗炎、促成骨分化等功能。本文阐述了用生物活性分子、药物、无机生物材料等改性静电纺丝支架在骨组织再生工程中的应用,以期进一步为骨组织再生创建新型骨再生材料提供理论依据。
Application of electrospinning composite scaffold in bone tissue engineering
Serious bone abnormalities caused by congenital disorders,fractures,or tumors will result in diffi-cult to heal bone deformities once they exceed the body's self-healing potential.However,electrospun nanofiber scaffolds can mimic natural bone extracellular matrix,which can provide a favorable environment for cell adhe-sion,proliferation,and migration.Furthermore,it can be employed as a carrier to give the scaffold antibacteri-al,anti-inflammatory,and bone differentiation properties.The use of electrospinning scaffolds modified with bio-active compounds,medicines,and inorganic biomaterials in bone tissue regeneration engineering was reviewed in this study in order to give a theoretical foundation for the development of new bone regeneration materials.
