基于胜任力冰山模型构建高依赖病房专科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系

目的 基于胜任力冰山模型,旨在构建符合我国国情的高依赖病房专科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为高依赖病房(HDU)专科护士的技能培训和考核机制提供参考。方法 采用文献回顾和半结构化访谈的方法,初步构建了一个高依赖病房护士岗位胜任力的评价指标体系,并对15名具有代表性的专家进行两轮专家函询。结果 经过两轮的函询,专家权威系数分别为0。85和0。89,肯德尔协调系数分别为0。431和0。486(P<0。01)。所构建的HDU专科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系包括6个一级指标、15个二级指标以及36个三级指标。结论 本研究所构建的高依赖病房专科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,有助于医疗机构更好地了解和评估高依赖病房专科护士的岗位胜任力,为后续高依赖病房专科护士的培训、考核及人员任用提供参考依据。
Construction of post competency evaluation index system for specialized nurses in highly dependent wards based on competency iceberg model
Objective Based on the competency iceberg model,we aim to construct a job competency evaluation index system for nurses specializing in high-dependency wards in line with China's national conditions,and to provide a reference for the skill training and assessment mechanism of nurses specializing in high-dependency wards.Methods Using literature review and semi-structured interviews,we initially constructed an evaluation in-dex system of job competency for nurses in high-dependency wards,and conducted two rounds of expert corre-spondence with 15 representative experts.Results After two rounds of correspondence,the expert specialist au-thority coefficients were 0.85 and 0.89,and the Kendall's coordination coefficients were 0.431 and 0.486(P<0.01).The constructed index system for evaluating the competency of High Dependency Unit specialty nurse positions includes 6 first-level indexes,15 second-level indexes,and 36 third-level indexes.Conclusion The e-valuation index system of High Dependency Unit nurse specialists has been constructed in this study that can help medical institutions better understand and evaluate the competency of High Dependency Unit nurse specialists,and provide a reference basis for the subsequent training,assessment and appointment of High Dependency Unit nurse specialists.
