Objective A case report describes the clinical manifestation,diagnosis,and treatment process of a patient with iatrogenic esophageal diverticulum after surgery for mediastinal bronchial cyst.Methods The patient with mediastinal bronchial cyst and postoperative iatrogenic esophageal diverticulum received detailed clinical ex-amination,imaging evaluation,and endoscopic examination for surgical treatment.Results After surgical treat-ment,the symptoms improved significantly and no complications occurred.Conclusion The successful treatment of this case suggests the effectiveness of surgical treatment in such complications,providing a reference for the treatment of similar cases in the future.
