Blood pressure monitoring and abnormal alarm system during hemodialysis treatment based on internet of things technology
Objective Hypotension during hemodialysis treatment not only brings great pain to patients,but is also closely related to vascular access failure,cardiovascular events and all-cause mortality.Therefore,it is nec-essary to optimize the prevention strategy of abnormal blood pressure during dialysis.This paper designed and de-veloped a dynamic real-time monitoring system of blood pressure and abnormal blood pressure alarm system for hemodialysis patients based on Internet of Things technology to avoid a series of clinical difficulties brought about by traditional manual timed blood pressure measurement,such as low monitoring frequency,heavy manual bur-den,and delayed detection of abnormalities.Methods MQTT IoT transmission protocol and EMQX message server was used to realize data transmission between wearable devices and Web servers;The Web framework Vue+Django's was used to develop hemodialysis treatment systems that integrate blood pressure monitoring.Results This system provided a non-sensitive and painless dynamic blood pressure monitoring module for the actual situa-tion of the patient's treatment process,which was integrated into the business logic of the hemodialysis treatment management system,realized data visualization on the medical side,and provided real-time blood pressure moni-toring and abnormal situation alarms with a minimum frequency of 0.25 HM.Conclusion Empowering current medical management software with IoT technology can reduce treatment risks for patients and ease the burden on medical staff,thereby optimizing hemodialysis treatment strategies,reducing the incidence of complications from abnormal blood pressure,and improving patient survival rates.
