乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染作为一个全球公共卫生问题,尚未有完全治愈策略,现阶段的治疗目标是实现功能性治愈。抗HBV单克隆抗体的研究能帮助我们更好地了解HBV感染的机制、机体的免疫反应以及相应疫苗的研发。此外,由于单克隆抗体近年来发展迅速,单克隆抗体的免疫疗法不断被成功应用于各种疾病中,也有可能成为治疗HBV感染的一种新手段。因此,本文将对现有的用于治疗HBV感染的单克隆抗体从作用靶点和临床应用这两个方面进行综述,旨在为HBV感染的治疗和预防提供理论依据。
Research progress of monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of hepatitis B virus infection
Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is a global public health problem,and there is no complete cure strategy,the current treatment goal is to achieve a functional cure.The study of anti-HBV monoclonal antibodies can help us better understand the mechanism of HBV infection,the immune response of the body and the devel-opment of corresponding vaccines.In addition,due to the rapid development of monoclonal antibodies in recent years,immunotherapy of monoclonal antibodies has been successfully applied in various diseases,and may also become a new means to treat HBV infection.Therefore,this article reviewed the existing monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of HBV infection from the aspects of target and clinical application,aiming to provide a theoreti-cal basis for the treatment and prevention of HBV infection.
