Pathological analysis of renal tissue biopsy in 1041 patients with renal disease
Objective The pathological types of renal biopsy in 1041 patients with renal disease were analyzed. Methods The data of 1041 patients with renal biopsy were retrospectively analyzed and statistically analyzed. There were divided into Group A (from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020)and Group B (from January 1,2021 to December 31,2023).Results Among the 1041 subjects, most of them were young (37.9%)and mid-dle aged (39.8%).There were 808 cases (77.6%)of primary glomerular disease, the main pathological type was IgA nephropathy in 329 cases (40.7%),followed by membranous nephropathy in 224 cases (27.7%)and micropathological nephropathy in 172 cases (21.3%).There were 218 cases (20.9%)of secondary glomerular disease. The main pathologic types were lupus nephritis in 93 cases (8.9%),HSPN in 32 cases 3.0%),dia-betic nephropathy in 26 cases (2.5%)and hypertensive nephropathy in 24 cases 2.3%).In PGD,the MN de-tection rate in group B was higher than that in group A.In SGD,the detection rate of HTN and DN in group B was higher than that in group A.Conclusion The subjects of this single-center study were mainly young and mid-dle-aged people, and PGD was the most common pathological type, among which IgAN and MN were the main ones. The main pathologic types of SGD were LN,HSPN,DN and HTN.With the change of time,MN,HTN and DN was gradually increased.
