A CiteSpace-based visual analysis on the research development trends and hot spots of chemical composition of Tianma
Objective:By searching the literatures in the field of chemical constituents of Tianma in the past 20 years, the trends and hot spots of chemical constituents of Tianma were visual analyzed, which provided reference for the study of Tianma.Method:Based on the journal literature of Tianma chemical composition in CNKI,CiteSpace 6.2 R4 and other software were used to visualize the knowledge graph of the literature in this field, such as the number of publications, subject distribution, journal distribution, funding, institution cooperation, author knowledge graph, keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering and so on.Result:From 2003 to 2019,the number of literatures related to the study of chemical composition of Tianma showed an overall increasing trend, and decreased significantly in the past three years. The research involved more than 40 subject areas, most in Chinese pharmacy.High level joumals accounted for a high proportion of literature publications. It had received the most funding from the National Natural Science Foundation, and the main producing areas of Tianma provided more provincial fund projects. The cooperation between authors was relatively close, but the cooperation between institutions was slightly less close. Keywords visual analysis showed that the research focus was related to gastrodin, determination of chemical components of Tianma and pharmacological effects. The research focus had gradually evolved from the research on Armillaria and Gastrodia polysaccharides. In the past three years, the research focus had been on the application of fingerprinting, molecular docking and other technologies to explore the therapeutic mechanism and the quality control of Tianma. Conclusion:In this study, knowledge map is used to show and analyze the research focus, hot spots and development trend of chemical constituents of Tianma,so as to provide reference for further research and selection of chemical constituents of Tianma.
