餐厨有机源土壤调理剂在川芎降镉中的应用

目的:探索有效降低川芎镉含量的一种高效环保的土壤改良措施,为保障川芎用药安全提供实验依据.方法:在川芎栽培前期一个星期,采用餐厨有机源土壤调理剂进行土壤改良,并设计不同用量处理(JD1:300 kg·667 m-2、JD2:600 kg·667 m-2、JD3:900 kg·667 m-2)和对照组(CK:空白对照、T1:传统栽培、T2:生石灰),考察川芎采收后药材镉含量及土壤有效态镉含量,并对川芎农艺性状、产量和有效成分含量进行考察,分析该土壤调理剂对川芎药材镉含量、生长、产量及有效成分的影响.结果:餐厨有机源土壤调理剂可显著降低川芎药材镉和土壤中有效态镉的含量,以JD2组效果最好,较 CK组降幅分别为 22.22%、23.08%;该土壤调理剂可提高川芎株高、分蘖数,显著提高川芎产量,且产量随餐厨有机源土壤调理剂施用量增加呈上升趋势,JD1组较 CK组增产幅度为 15.38%,较 T1增产 7.06%、较 T2增产14.05%,但 JD2 和 JD3 之间产量差异不显著;该餐厨有机源土壤调理剂可显著提高川芎醇溶性浸出物的含量,其中 JD2组川芎醇溶性浸出物的含量最高较 CK 增幅为49.33%,同时川芎中其他有效成分绿原酸、洋川芎内酯 I、阿魏酸松柏酯、洋川芎内酯 A 及藁本内酯与对照无明显差异.综上,餐厨有机源土壤调理剂以 600 kg·667 m-2 的用量效果最好.结论:餐厨有机源土壤调理剂绿色环保高效且对川芎降镉效果显著,可为川芎镉低富集绿色种植技术集成提供技术支持.
Application of kitchen organic source soil conditioner in cadmium reduction of Chuanxiong Rhizoma(Chuanxiong)
Objective:To explore an efficient and environmentally friendly soil improvement measure to effectively reduce the cadmium content of Chuanxiong,and to provide experimental basis for ensuring the safety of Chuanxiong.Methods:In the first week of Chuanxiong cultivation,organic soil conditioner from kitchen was used for soil improvement,and different dosage treatments(JD1:300 kg·667 m-2,JD2:600 kg·667 m-2,JD3:900 kg·667 m-2)and control group(CK:Blank control,T1:traditional cultivation,T2:quicklime soil improvement)were used to investigate the cadmium content and effective soil cadmium content of Chuanxiong after harvesting.The agronomic traits,yield and active component content of Chuanxiong were investigated to analyze the effects of the soil conditioner on the cadmium content,growth,yield and active ingredients of Chuanxiong.Results:Kitchen organic source soil conditioner can significantly reduce the cadmium content of Chuanxiong and the effective cadmium content in the soil,with the best results in the JD2 group.Compared with CK group,the decrease was 22.22%and 23.08%respectively.Kitchen organic source soil conditioner can promote the growth and development of Chuanxiong,improve the height and tiller number of Chuanxiong strains,significantly increased the yield of Chuanxiong.The yield increased with the increase of the application amount of organic source soil conditioner in the kitchen.The JD1 group increased by 15.38%compared with the CK group,with the increase of 7.06%from T1 and 14.05%from T2.However,the yield difference between JD2 and JD3 was not significant.The kitchen organic source soil conditioner can significantly increase the content of Chuan-xiong alcohol soluble extract.Among them,the highest increase of JD2 group was 49.33%compared with CK.At the same time,other active ingredients of Chuanxiong,such as chlorogenic acid,lactone I,ferulic acid,lactone A and gaoben lactone were not significantly different from the control group.In conclusion,the most applicable method was JD2:600 kg·667 m-2.Conclusion:Kitchen organic source soil conditioner is green and efficient and has significant cadmium reduction effect on Chuanxiong,which can provide technical support for the integration of green planting technology with low cadmium enrichment of Chuanxiong.
