结合中医药案例的创新导向药物设计课程教学改革

鉴于中医药在全球范围内影响力日益增大,如何将传统中药学科与现代科学技术有机融合成为教育改革的关键.在面向硕士生和高年级本科生的现代药物设计课程中我们融入中医药元素,提出一个创新的教学模型,旨在强化学生对药物设计理解的同时能够将其应用于中药现代化研究,以培养学生的科学思维和创新能力.本文分析当下药物设计课程的内容和方法,指出其存在的缺陷,提出通过案例研究和实践,使学生直接体验从中医药角度进行药物发现和设计的过程;讨论采用项目式学习、互动课堂等教学方法,以增强学生的参与度和实践能力;评估这种跨学科教学方法对学生学习成效和创新能力的影响.本文的教学改革方案通过将中医药传统智慧与现代药物设计技术相结合,不仅增强了课程的实用性和全面性,而且为推动中药现代化研究和培养具有国际视野和创新能力的药物设计人才提供了新的思路.
Drug designing course reform with an innovative thinking skill development from traditional Chinese medicine cases
Given the increasing global influence of traditional Chinese medicine,how to integrate traditional Chinese medicine with modern scientific and technological advances has become a key issue in educational reform.In our innovative teaching model for the modern drug design course for postgraduates and senior undergraduates,we incorporate elements of traditional Chinese medicine to enhance students'understanding of drug design while enabling them to apply it to the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,with a view to cultivating their scientific thinking and innovative abilities.This paper analyzes the content and methods of the current drug design course,points out its deficiencies,and proposes that students should experience the process of drug discovery and design from a traditional Chinese medicine perspective through case studies and practice.It also discusses the use of project-based learning and interactive classrooms to enhance students'engagement and practical skills.The paper evaluates the impact of this interdisciplinary teaching method on students'learning outcomes and innovative abilities.The educational reform plan presented in this paper by integrating traditional Chinese medicine wisdom with modern drug design technology,not only enhances the practicality and comprehensiveness of the course,but also provides a new perspective for promoting the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and cultivating drug design talent with international vision and innovative abilities.
