The Experimental Research on Antiulcer Action of Bletilla Pseudobulb Polysaccharides
Objective: To observe the influence of Common Bletilla Pseudobulb polysaccharides (BT01) to experimental gastric ulcer. Method: Absolute ethyl alcohol induced - gastric ulcer model of mouse and acetic acid induced - gastric ulcer model of rat were used in this trial, and the amount of malonaldehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in rat blood serum was measured with kit. Results: Common Bletilla Pseudobulb polysaccharides ( BT01,50,100,200mg· kg- 1 ) significantly inhibite absolute ethyl alcohol induced - gastric ulcer of mouse; Common Bletilla Pseudobulb polysaccharides ( BT01,25,50,100mg· kg-1 ) inhibite acetic acid induced - gastric ulcer of rat, and decrease the amount of MDA, increase the mount of SOD in rat blood serum. Conclusion: Common Bletilla Pseudobulb polysaccharides (BT01) inhibites experimental gastric ulcer,and the mechanism of anti - gastric ulcer action may be in the way of inhibiting lipid overoxidation and faciliating reparation of gastric mucosa.
