刺五加叶中酚酸类化合物的结构鉴定

目的:分离、鉴定刺五加叶提取物中的酚酸类化合物.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和制备液相等方法对刺五加叶提取物进行分离纯化,并通过NMR和MS等谱学分析确定结构.结果与讨论:从刺五加叶提取物中分离得到8个酚酸类化合物,分别鉴定为咖啡酸(1),阿魏酸(2),原儿茶酸甲酯(3),原儿茶酸(4),对羟基苯甲酸(5),丁香酸(6),绿原酸(7),松柏苷(8).其中化合物2、3、5为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物1、4、7、8为首次从该植物的叶中分离得到.
Isolation and Identification of Chemical Constituents of Phenolic Acids from the Leaves of Acanthopanax Senticosus Harms
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of the extracts from the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated by various isolation methods (silica gel ODS and HPLC column chromatography) and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data (NMR and MS).Results:Eight phenolic acids compounds were obtained as the following:caffeic acid (1),ferulic acid (2),protocatechuic acid methyl ester (3),protocatechuic acid (4),4-hydroxy-benzoic acid (5),syringic acid (6),chlorogenic acid (7),Coniferin (8).Conclusion:Compounds 2,3,5 are firstly isolated from this plant,and compounds 1,4,7,8 are firstly isolated from the leaves of this plant.
