硫酸-苯酚法测定黑果枸杞中多糖的含量

目的:采用硫酸-苯酚法测定黑果枸杞中多糖的含量。方法:黑果枸杞中多糖在485nm处有最大吸收值,故采用UV-2401(PC)S紫外分光光度计对其进行吸光度测定。设空白组,以纯品葡萄糖为对照品。结果:葡萄糖含量在0.10mg以内与自身吸光度的线性关系良好(R2=0.9998),平均回收率为100.72%,RSD为2.49%。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于黑果枸杞饮片的质量控制。
Determination of Polysaccharides from Lycium Rethenicum Murr with the Method of H2 SO4 -Phenol
Objective:To test the content of Polysaccharides from Lycium rethenicum Murr with the method of H2 SO4 -Phenol.Methods:Adopt the ultraviolet spectrophotometer with blank group and glucose group.Re-sults:There was a good linear relationship between the content of polysaccharides and the absorbance within the range of 0.10mg, and the average recovery rate was 100.72% and RSD was 2.49%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used as a quality control method for Lycium rethenicum Murr.
