摘要

白术为常用的大宗药材,具健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗安胎之效.本文综述白术的化学成分、药理作用,并在此基础上从植物亲缘性及成分特有性、有效性、可测性、药性等角度预测白术的质量标志物(Q-Marker),发现白术化学成分多样,包含倍半萜类、黄酮类、多糖类、聚乙炔类、酚酸类、苷类等;有抗炎、抗肿瘤、调节胃肠道、抗菌、抗氧化、保肝、保护心血管和神经系统、免疫调节等作用,可用于胃肠道、神经系统及肝脏等疾病的治疗与预防;白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ等内酯类成分及多糖类成分等作为Q-Marker的备选成分.

Abstract

Largehead atractylodes rhizome is a commonly used as a major medicinal material,which can fortify the spleen,replenish qi,dry dampness and induce diuresis,be antagonistic to perspiration and prevent abortion.In this paper,we review the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the medicinal.On this basis,quality marker was predicted from the perspectives of plant affinity,component specificity,effectiveness,measurability and medicinal properties.We found that the chemical components of largehead atractylodes rhizome are diverse,including sesquiterpenoids,flavonoids,polysaccharides,polyacetylides,phenolic acids,glycosides and so on.These chemical components have anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,gastrointestinal regulation,antibacterial,antioxidant,liver protection,cardiovascular and nervous system protection,immune regulation and other effects,and can be used for the treatment and prevention of gastrointestinal,nervous system and liver diseases.Lactone Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and other lactones and polysaccharide components can be used as alternative components of quality marker.
