摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是妇科常见病和多发病,发病率逐年增高,严重影响患者的健康和生活质量.针灸作为中医传统疗法之一,具有安全、有效、操作简便的优势,在EMs的治疗中发挥重要作用.本文系统梳理针灸治疗EMs的临床及机制研究现状,发现针灸治疗EMs的方法较为丰富,以毫针、电针、火针、温针灸及艾灸方式结合西药或中药治疗为主,常用穴位包括关元、中极、三阴交、气海、子宫穴等,其机制主要包括抑制血管生成、抑制雌激素及其受体表达、调节机体免疫功能、缓解疼痛等方面.
Abstract
Endometriosis(EMs)is a common and frequent gynecological disease,and the incidence is increasing year by year,which seriously affects health and quality of life.As one of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapies,acupuncture has the advantages of safety,effectiveness and simple operation,and plays an important role in the treatment of EMs.We in this paper systematically comb the clinical and mechanism research status of acupuncture in the treatment of EMs,and find that acupuncture treatment is rich in treating EMs.The treatment mainly includes filiform needle acupuncture,electric acupuncture,fire acupuncture,warm acupuncture and moxibustion,or one of these methods combined with Western medicine or traditional Chinese herbal medicine.The common acupoints include Guanyuan(CV4),Zhongji(CV3),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Qihai(CV6)acupoints,extra points on Zigong(EX-CA1),etc.The mechanism mainly includes inhibiting angiogenesis,inhibiting the expression of estrogen and its receptors,regulating the body's immune function,and relieving pain.
