Differentiation and Treatment of Liver Metastases of Colorectal Cancer by Macroscopic State-Regulation and Microscopic Target-Shooting
The incidence of colorectal cancer is high and liver metastasis is an important factor leading to death of patients.Western medicine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can effectively reduce the incidence of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer, reduce the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life, and prolong the survival period. The syndrome differentiation and formula formation idea of the"combination of state and target"theory is to combine TCM dialectical thinking with modern scientific and technological achievements. This idea organically combines the regulating the disease stage macroscopically and shooting the target microscopically. In this paper, under the guidance of the treatment theory of"combination of state and target",the early state, middle state and late state are distinguished from a macroscopic perspective, and the targeted regulation and treatment rules are established according to different"states".At the same time, the disease target, the symptom target and label target are identified microscopically, according to which the target is selected and the drug is accurately combined with the target identification.Through the"combination of state and target"and simultaneous treatment of root and superficiality,a new model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment for liver metastasis of colorectal cancer can be constructed, which can significantly improve the prognosis of patients
