基于形气神理论探讨糖尿病胃轻瘫诊治策略

摘要
形气神理论是对人体生命活动进行整体性、系统性的探讨,从形、气、神三个层面揭示人体物质基础、运动变化和精神情志的和谐统一,是《黄帝内经》中生命观的高度体现.糖尿病胃轻瘫为临床常见病,本虚标实、病情复杂多变.笔者从形、气、神角度探讨三者在糖尿胃轻瘫疾病发生、发展过程中的变化,阐明脾胃虚损是发病的起始因素,气机不畅是疾病发展的关键因素,心神不安是其内在因素,并提出治形、理气和调神的治法.
Abstract
The theory of physique,qi and spirit is a holistic and systematic study of human life activities.This theory reveals the harmonious unity of the material foundation,movement changes,and spiritual emotions of the human body from the three levels of physique,qi,and spirit,and is a highly reflected view of life in the Huangdi′s Internal Classic.Diabetic gastroparesis is a common clinical disease with deficiency root and excess superficiality,and the disease condition is complex and changeable.The authors of this paper explored the changes in physique,qi,and spirit during the occurrence and development of diabetic gastroparesis;elucidated that spleen and stomach deficiency is the starting factor of the disease,unsmooth qi movement is the key factor in the development of the disease,and uneasy heart spirit is the internal factor;and proposed treatment methods of physique treatment,qi and spirit regulation.
