摘要
四物汤是补血调血的基础方,具有补血不滞血、行血不伤血的特点,常用于治疗临床多种疾病,具有较高的临床价值.笔者通过综述相关研究文献发现,四物汤具有补充血容量、活血抗凝、雌激素样作用、子宫双向调节、改善卵巢功能、降血脂、提高学习记忆能力、抗氧化损伤、抗炎抗菌、提高免疫功能、抗衰老、保肝和抗辐射、药物损伤及抗突变等药理作用,主要作用在血液系统、女性生殖系统与心脑血管系统,主要通过磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路、表皮生长因子受体/磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(EGFR/PI3K)信号通路、肝激酶B1/腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(LKB1/AMPK)信号通路等发挥治疗作用.
Abstract
Siwu Decoction is a basic formula for nourishing and regulating blood,with the characteristics of nourishing blood without stagnation and moving blood without damaging it.It is used to treat various clinical diseases and has high clinical value.The authors found through reviewing relevant research literature that this formula has pharmacological effects such as supplementing blood volume,promoting blood circulation and anticoagulation,estrogen like effects,bidirectional regulation of the uterus,improving ovarian function,lowering blood lipids,enhancing learning and memory ability,antioxidant damage,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial,enhancing immune function,anti-aging,liver protection and radiation resistance,drug damage and anti-mutation.It mainly acts on the blood system,female reproductive system,and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems.The therapeutic effects are mainly achieved through phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt)signaling pathway,epidermal growth factor receptor/phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(EGFR/PI3K)signaling pathway,liver kinase B1/adenylate activated protein kinase(LKB1/AMPK)signaling pathway,etc.
