摘要
偏头痛是临床常见的一种神经系统疾病,电针治疗具有良好的临床疗效,但其作用机理尚未阐述清楚.笔者对近十年来的相关文献进行阐述总结,发现电针治疗偏头痛作用机制主要从改善颅内血流量、调控血管神经活性肽(CGRP、SP、5-HT)水平、调节TNF-α、IL-1β等炎症细胞因子和调控内源性大麻素受体及其分解酶释放这4个方面进行,目前大多数研究的结论局限于对现有指标的研究,需要进一步完善和充实,同时发现从肠道菌群-肠-脑轴调节机制进一步探讨其作用机制是一个新的研究方向.
Abstract
Migraine is a common clinical disease of the nervous system,electroacupuncture treatment has good clinical efficacy,but its mechanism of action has not been explained clearly.This paper has summarized the relevant literature in the past ten years,and found that the mechanism of electroacupuncture treatment of migraine is mainly the improvement of intracranial blood flow,regulating the level of vasoactive peptides(CGRP,SP,5-HT),regulating inflammatory cytokines,such as TNF-α,IL-1β,and regulating the release of endogenous cannabinoid receptors and their catabolic enzymes.At present,however,the conclusions of most studies are limited to the existing indicators.Therefore,the study needs to be further perfected and enriched,and it is a new research direction to further explore the mechanism of intestinal microbiota-gut-brain axis regulation.
