摘要
胃食管反流病是以反酸、烧心为主的临床常见消化系统疾病,目前常用治疗药物为质子泵抑制剂,但具有诸多不良反应,包括药物长期服用药效下降、造成心理疾病等.近年来,中医药为治疗胃食管反流病在理论、实验以及临床研究方面均已取得较大进展.本文从共识/指南、临床研究、机制研究与系统评价4个方面对中医药治疗胃食管反流病进行系统总结,发现中医药治疗胃食管反流病疗效显著,可有效减少西药不良反应,其通过抑制炎症反应、修复食管上皮屏障、降低食管内脏超敏反应以及增强食管连接处抗反流屏障等机制发挥作用.
Abstract
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common clinical digestive disease with acid reflux and heartburn as its main components,and the commonly used therapeutic drugs,proton pump inhibitors,have a number of adverse effects,including decreased efficacy of the drugs when taken for a long period of time,and causing psychological disorders.In the past 10 years,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has received attention in the treatment of GERD,and has made great progress in theoretical,experimental,and clinical studies.This paper systematically summarises the treatment of GERD with TCM from four aspects:consensus/guidelines,clinical studies,experimental studies and systematic evaluations,and finds that the efficacy of TCM in the treatment of GERD is remarkable,which effectively reduces the adverse effects of western drugs,and that it can be treated through the mechanisms of inhibiting inflammatory reactions,repairing the esophageal epithelial barrier,reducing the hypersensitivity reaction of the esophageal viscera,and enhancing the anti-reflux barrier at the esophageal junction.
