Objective:To construct an ontology of ENT(ear,nose,and throat)medical cases by Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine GAN Zuwang,providing support for the inheritance of clinical experience of Master Gan and decision-making in the diagnosis and treatment of ENT diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Methods:Protégé 5.5.0 was used as the ontology construction tool,and OWL was used as the ontology language.The"Stanford Seven-Step Method"was employed to construct the ontology of ENT medical cases of GAN Zuwang,realizing the representation of ENT knowledge.Results:According to the medical case structure and TCM theoretical knowledge of Master GAN Zuwang,27 important classes were created,247 instances were used,22 object properties were established,and 9 data properties were supplemented,comprehensively displaying the knowledge system of ENT medical cases by Master GAN Zuwang.This lays a foundation for the sharing and application of Master Gan's diagnostic and therapeutic experience.Conclusion:The construction of the ontology for ENT medical cases is fundamental to promoting the construction of knowledge graphs of famous TCM doctors' experiences in ENT,providing significant support for the inheritance of the experiences of TCM masters
