Effect of Jianwei Zhixie Mixture on the Expression of Brain Gut Peptides VIP and CCK in Rats with Functional Diarrhea of Spleen Deficiency Type
Objective:To observe the effects of different doses of Jianwei Zhixie Mixture on the expression of cerebral intestinal peptide VIP and CCK in rats with functional diarrhea with spleen deficiency.Methods:50 SPF rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,Mommy love group,Jianwei Zhixie Mixture low-dose group and Jianwei Zhixie Mixture high-dose group with 10 rats each.The Mamai group was given 0.2g/(kg·d)intragastric administration,and the low and high dose Jianwei Zhixie Mixture groups were given 4.5 and 18g/(kg·d)Jianwei Zhixie Mixture intragastric administration,respectively,for a total of 14 days.The rats in the model group and the blank control group were given 0.9%NaCl solution freely every day for 14 days.After administration,the rats were killed by neck removal,and the expressions of VIP and CCK in serum were determined by immunohistochemistry.Results:Compared with blank control group,the expressions of VIP and CCK were significantly increased in model group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the expression of cerebral intestinal peptide VIP and CCK decreased in the mommy love group.Compared with model group,VIP expression of brain-gut peptide was significantly decreased in low-dose and high-dose Jianwei Zhixie Mixture groups(P<0.05),CCK expression of brain-gut peptide was significantly decreased in high-dose Jianwei Zhixie Mixture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianwei Zhixie Mixture can improve functional diarrhea by reducing the expression of VIP and CCK,regulating intestinal movement and water metabolism in rats with functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency.
