为了解决排气歧管开裂问题,利用CAE对排气歧管的结构进行了分析.结果表明,排气岐管台架试验开裂的原因是让位槽造成的.对排气歧管的结构优化后,开裂问题得到了解决.
Rational Change of the Structure of Exhaust Manifold upon the Distribution of Temperature Field
The structure of exhaust manifold was analyzed by CAE software to solve its cracks during the bench test.The result show that the located groove resulted in the cracks of the exhaust manifold during the bench test.The cracks were removed after the optimization of the structure of the exhaust manifold.
