研究了热处理对低温球墨铸铁QT400-18AL性能的影响.结果表明,热处理后试样在常温下的抗拉强度和屈服强度比铸态试样略有降低,伸长率和-40℃的低温冲击功比铸态试样有所增加,热处理后试样的冲击断口形貌由铸态的解理断裂演变成韧窝断裂.热处理改善低温韧性球墨铸铁QT400-18AL的韧性.
Effect of Heat Treatment on the Mechanical Properties of QT400-18AL Ductile Iron at Low Temperature
The effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of ductile iron QT400-18AL was studied.The results indicate that,compared with samples in as-cast condition,the tensile strength and yield strength of samples with heat treatment decrease slightly at room temperature,and the elongation and low temperature impact energy enhance obviously.In addition,the impact fracture surface of those samples with heat treatment evolves from cleavage fracture into ductile fracture.The heat treatment significantly improves the toughness of ductile iron at low temperature.
