球墨铸铁冷却壁心部性能研究

球量铸铁件的心部性能成为衡量球墨铸铁冷却壁内部质量的一个重要指标。技术要求为心部抗拉强度Rm≥350 N/mm2,伸长率4≥8%;心部金相组织球化率≥70%,铁素体含量≥ 80%。由于球墨铸铁冷却壁属于厚大铸件,受凝固特性、冷却速度和合金元素等因素的影响,心部性能不稳定,通常无法达到技术协议的要求。本文分析了心部性能较低的原因,提出了工艺改进措施,进行了冷却壁解剖试验,验证了试验效果。
Study on Core Properties of Ductile Iron Cooling Staves
In recent years,the core properties have become an important index to measure the internal quality of ductile iron cooling staves.Some projects require heart tensile strength Rm≥350 N/mm2,elongation A ≥8%.Heart metallographic spheroidization rate ≥ 70%,ferritic content ≥ 80%.However,because the ductile iron cooling staves belongs to thick and large castings,the core properties are not stable due to the influence of solidification characteristics,cooling rate and alloying elements,etc.,and usually cannot meet the requirements of the technical agreement.In this paper,the reasons for the low performance of the heart are analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward.
