Abstract
The paper introduces the technical parameters,surface quality requirements,and internal quality requirements of key steel castings for the EMU trains.Combining with the prevention and control process of excessive magnetic mark defects,slag porosity defects,and invasive porosity defects in some key steel castings,it elaborates on the process measures to ensure the quality of castings.
