摘要
从宏观特征、微观形貌、成分性能及金相组织等方面,分析了金属型低压铸造铸铝件的铸造裂纹特征.对裂纹进行了原因分析,并通过制定针对性改进措施,从源头彻底解决了铸造裂纹,大大提高了产品的铸造成品率.
Abstract
From the aspects of macroscopic characteristics,microscopic morphology,physical and chemical properties,and metallographic microstructure,the features of crack on the low-pressure die castings were analyzed.Based on the cause analysis of the crack,by developing targeted measures,the crack defects have been completely resolved.The yield of the castings has been greatly improved.
