摘要

铝合金石膏型带有管状回路的精铸件,制蜡模时因抽芯困难常采用预置可溶型芯方法予以解决,但精铸件很容易出现铸瘤、回路堵塞等缺陷,本文对此进行了改进,采用预置石膏型芯,并比较了两种方案浇注效果,结果表明预置石膏型芯确实可行.

Abstract

The soluble core is often used for aluminum alloy precision casting with tubular circuit for the difficulty in core pulling during the wax pattern making.However,the precision casting is prone to defects such as scabs and runner blockage.Therefore,this paper improves the method by using a preset gypsum core and compares the casting effects of the two methods.The results show that the preset plaster core is indeed feasible.
