摘要

采用对比试验,分析讨论了铌对一种渣浆泵用高铬铸铁性能的影响.分别测量了材料的力学性能、硬度和耐磨性,并对组织进行了分析.结果表明,加入铌对高铬铸铁碳化物形态有明显的改变,这种改变提高了力学性能,同时也提高了材料耐磨性.

Abstract

The effect of niobium on the properties of a kind of high chromium cast iron for slurry pump is analyzed and discussed by means of comparative experiments.The mechanical properties,hardness and wear resistance of the material are measured respectively,and the structure is analyzed.The results show that the addition of niobium has a significant change in the morphology of carbides in high chromium cast iron,which improves the mechanical properties and also improves the wear resistance of the material.
