综述了稀土在铸铁中的作用,详细描述了稀土在白口铸铁、灰铸铁、可锻铸铁、蠕墨铸铁和球墨铸铁中的应用,并且阐述了稀土在各类铸铁中的作用机理.同时结合近些年的科研工作总结出更高效的稀土添加剂:"稀土铁合金",通过中间合金加入法,应用到铸铁中,解决了稀土在加入铸铁中烧损大、收得率低等问题.
Abstract
The roles the rare earths played in cast iron are summarized,and the applications of them in white cast iron,grey cast iron,malleable cast iron,vermicular cast iron and nodular cast iron are described in details,and the action mechanisms of rare earths in various kinds of cast iron are expounded.At the same time,combined with the scientific research work in recent years,a more efficient rare earth additive"rare earth ferroalloy"was applied to cast iron through master alloy addition method,which solved the problems of large burning loss,low yield and so on during adding the rare earths to the cast irons.
