摘要
介绍了《特殊物理性能合金钢铸件》国家标准的制定概况、适用范围、铸件牌号、热处理规范及应用等;重点解读了七种耐蚀铸钢、四种低膨胀系数耐热铸钢和一种镍基自润滑耐磨合金牌号中合金元素的作用以及热处理规范.本标准的制定为我国特殊物理性能合金钢铸件的整体产业提升与发展,促进产业结构调整与优化升级提供了参考标准和技术保障,将有力促进行业技术水平的提高.
Abstract
The general situation of working-out,scope of application,casting grade,heat treatment specification and application of the national standard"Alloy Steel Castings with Special Physical Properties"were introduced;The roles of alloy elements in seven corrosion resistant cast steels,four low expansion coefficient heat-resistant cast steels and one nickel base self-lubricating wear-resistant alloy grades,as well as the heat treatment specifications,were emphatically interpreted.The formulation of this standard provides a reference standard and technical guarantee for the overall industrial upgrading and development of alloy steel castings with special physical properties in China,and promotes the adjustment,optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,which will effectively promote the improvement of the technical level of the industry.
