铸铝转向节固溶与时效处理中的组织演变规律

对A365 铸造铝合金转向节铸件进行不同保温时间的固溶处理及时效处理,观察随时间变化试样的组织变化情况和演变规律.结果表明,当固溶温度为 540℃,固溶时间为 4 h时,基体中的共晶硅分布最为均匀,且形状分布多为粒状,此时共晶硅的平均尺寸及面积分数处于较高水平,可使材料性能有所提高.当时效温度为175℃时,随着时效处理时间的增加,共晶硅的尺寸、形状、分布等均得以优化.在1~3 h内,随时间增加,共晶硅的占比不断提高而晶粒尺寸不断细化,A356 铝合金的硬度不断提高,达到了完整T6 状态的水平.
Microstructure Evolution of Steering Knuckle Aluminum Casting During Solution and Aging Process
Solution treatment and aging treatment process with different holding time was introduced to the A365 aluminum alloy steering knuckle casting.Observe the tissue changes of the samples with the increase of time.Results show that when the solution temperature is 540 ℃ and the solution time is 4 h,the distribution of eutectic silicon in the matrix is the most uniform,and the shape distribution is mostly granular.At this time,the average size and area fraction of eutectic silicon are at a high level,which makes the material performance improved.When the aging temperature is 175 ℃,the size,shape and distribution of the eutectic silicon can be optimized with the increase of the aging treatment time.Within 1~3 h,with the increase of time,the proportion of eutectic silicon continued to increase and the grain size continued to refine,and the hardness of A356 aluminum alloy continued to increase,reaching the level of complete T6 treatment.
