Improve the Shrinkage and Porosity Technology of Aluminum Alloy Die Casting
In view of the fact that the shrinkage and shrinkage holes of aluminum alloy die casting are internal defects which occur frequently and are not easy to be observed and identified,the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of shrinkage holes are shown and the improvement of shrinkage holes are explained.In production,local extrusion technology,high pressure point cooling technology,copying weight reduction technology,reducing spare and small processing technology and mold temperature control layout technology are adopted to optimize the die casting process and solve the shrinkage hole defects of die
