空气冷却在超超临界蒸汽轮机铸钢件生产中的应用

依据冷铁激冷的理论,基于高压内缸铸件的结构,在喷嘴处设计了2 块砂芯,通过理论计算冷却量,设计ϕ25 mm进气管和ϕ20 mm出气管,压缩空气压力为0.7 MPa,通压缩空气时间为180 s.结果显示,出口温度比进口温度高40℃以上,降低了砂芯周围钢液的温度,从而避免了狭窄气道的粘砂问题.
Application of Air Cooling in the Production of Ultra-supercritical Steam Turbine Steel Castings
According to the theory of chill iron and the structure of high pressure inner cylinder casting,two sand cores were designed at the nozzle.Through theoretical calculation of cooling capacity,ϕ25mm inlet pipe and ϕ20mm outlet pipe were designed.The compressed air pressure was 0.7 MPa and the compressed air passing time was 180 s.The results show that the outlet temperature is more than 40℃higher than the inlet temperature,which reduces the temperature of the molten steel around the sand core,thus avoiding the problem of sand sticking in the narrow airway.
