大型不锈钢蜗壳的铸造工艺优化设计

根据不锈钢蜗壳铸件的结构特点,设计了开放式浇注系统.采用CAE软件对不锈钢蜗壳铸件的浇注和凝固过程进行数值计算,预测铸件缺陷可能出现的位置,并针对铸件的缺陷进行了铸造工艺方案的优化,确定冒口、冷铁、铬铁矿砂以及合适的浇注温度和充型速度等工艺参数,生产出满足设计要求的铸件,为类似铸件的生产提供参考.
Process Design and Optimization of Large Stainless Steel Volute Casting
According to the structural characteristics of stainless steel volute castings,an open pouring system was designed.The casting and solidification process of stainless steel volute castings is numerically calculated by CAE software to predict the possible location of casting defects,and the casting process plan is optimized according to the defects of castings,and the process parameters such as the spout,cold iron,chromium ore,appropriate pouring temperature and filling speed are determined to produce castings that meet the design requirements.It provides reference for the production of similar castings.
